New Yorkers do have a sense of humor.
A $37 Million dollar budget cut is haunting the NYC library system. So was this improv group, doing a fun tribute to the classic scene.
That's really funny, but 3/4 of the people in the library have no idea who the "Ghostbusters" are because they were conceived by an iPod and a laptop.
